Facility Condition Assessment

ACS personnel conducted a facility condition assessment on the remote central plant and patient care buildings on campus with their previous employer. ACS was contracted to provide an annual update on the assessment to report findings for record and update the outstanding issues log.

Sustainability Planning

ACS assisted with the development of the sustainability plan for Monument Health. ACS provided content on the Green Buildings Initiative Green Globes program and other activities that Monument Health had or planned to implement to improve campus sustainability.

Chilled Water Plant Controls Assessment

ACS provided engineering and assessment services for the chilled and condenser water plants and associated equipment in the remote central utility plant that serves Monument Health’s Rapid City Hospital campus. The scope of this project was to provide recommendations for modifying the existing plant sequences to reduce energy use.
