PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The new six story, 160,000 square feet ambulatory care center provides a wide range of services to the local community. Among these services are an Imaging Center equipped with advanced imaging technologies along with 8 operating rooms
in the surgery center, outpatient care departments, and onsite pharmacy.

The new, ground up facility includes a central utility plant with water- cooled chillers, heat pump chillers, energy recovery air handling units, backup generators and fire pump. The project schedule saw many impacts from supply chain setbacks, which provided opportunities for commissioning to adapt to the owner’s needs and collaborate with the contractor.

ACS is providing commissioning services for all MEP, fire protection & alarm and security systems. The project is currently on track to achieve LEED Silver. Commissioning is providing (4) points which include Enhanced Commissioning and Monitor Based Commissioning.
