PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A finish out of the fifth floor at the Methodist Richardson Medical Center will bring an additional 75 beds via three 25-bed units. All three of the units are built as universal rooms for flexibility in future licensing.

The project was broken into two separate phases in order to turn over some of the much needed beds sooner. The first phase of the project was completed in May 2024. The second phase is scheduled to be turned over in Q4 of 2024.

The commissioning scope included terminal unit, and lighting controls testing. The owner added on nurse call commissioning for both phases after the initial contract.
